Terms of Service

PanPerfekt CRM is a cloud CRM platform for service and repair companies, developed and provided by Pavel Vaskalei Panperfekt. Each connected company gets its own secure workspace to manage clients, orders and its team; access is granted to employees at that company's owner's discretion.

1. Accounts

Accounts within a company's workspace are created by that company's owner for its employees. Self-registration by an employee is not available. Employees must keep their login credentials confidential and promptly notify the owner if access is lost or unauthorized sign-in is suspected.

2. Acceptable use

The platform is intended solely for the business needs of the companies that use it — managing clients, orders, inventory and documents. It may not be used for any purpose unrelated to that company's business, nor may any attempt be made to disrupt the platform's operation or security, including attempts to access another company's data.

3. Limitation of liability

The platform is provided "as is". The platform operator makes reasonable efforts to ensure it functions correctly and that data is kept safe, but is not liable for temporary unavailability caused by technical failures of third-party services (hosting, Google APIs, etc.).

4. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland. Matters relating to personal data processing are governed by the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679).
